    My worst symptoms so far have been raynauds, fatigue, telangiectasias , heart burn, and digital ulcers. I'm fortunate that my lungs have been unaffected up to this point but I'm worried that contracting the virus could cause fibrosis in the lungs and lead to ILD and PAH.

  7. I've had a CREST diagnosis for 10 years now and she mentioned at our last visit that she feels I don't have that, but have Sjogren's instead. Mind you I have no dry eyes, mouth, or anything else. And I consistently test positive with the anticentromere pattern. And I have the R, S, and T of CREST.
